I'll Set Fire To The Rain,

Just to watch you burn,

To wash away all my pain,

That causes my blood to churn.

I'll watch it pour from the sky,

And look deep into the flames,

And shout and stomp and cry,

praying that I forget your face and name.

I'll set fire to the rain,

And watch everything burn down,

Forget you as soon as you came,

and watch it all burn to the ground.

I'll stare into your worried eyes,

as you feel you look for a way out,

And kiss your lips to silence cries,

since you don't know what this is about.

I'll set fire to the rain,

And smile as I hear you cry,

And finally escape my pain,

as I watch you die...
