I wouldn't smile, shut down and sad
Would not say a word, so far from glad
But you held me tight and sang me a song
I smiled and laughed and it didn't take long
You let me know you were right here
You swore and you said you were going nowhere
But I guess your heart lied, look where were at
I wouldn't take back any of that
Your such a jerk you could kill and not care
You told me lies and you said you were there
You never were but hey it's ok
As long as your happy day after day
Remember the day you froze in the rain
That was before I knew you'd cause all that pain
You were so cute that day was the best
I think back on that day and know I was blessed
The summer I met you seems so long ago
But it was my favorite I want you to know
So many memories so many thoughts
You made me so nervous my stomach had knots
But I have to admit boy I have to say
I loved every memory, second, and day...
