Do you know how much it hurts to watch you walk away?
Knowing i can't change your mind, there's nothing i can say
You turn your back on me as if its no big deal
How could you turn your back?
You know this pain is real
I thought that you'd be here for me whenever i was down
What happened to you, where'd you go, your never around
You pretended that you cared like i was everything
Like for me honestly you'd do anything
I could swear compared to others i was your number one
but i can't believe that anymore, not after that run
You turn your back on me but why, what did i ever do?
I don't recall not even once, ever hurting you
Do you realize what you've done you've took my life away
I'm glad you think it's all a game, glad its all for play
you built a bridge then burnt it down with ashes in the air
Its obvious, clear to me now, you never did quite care
so thanks for the aches and tears
and all the useless hopes and prayers
that never was quite good enough
because it never kept me tough
and all the hell that i went through
but very little could i do
because it's all came down to this
