Hot crazy wild summer nights 

All the drives till dawn 

I still listen to the songs you put on

you got me feeling every kind of way 

Year by year you were here to stay 

We talked about today we talked about the future 

And all that was said was not done since

I'm driving on my own 

Without the songs you used out on

You were love you were light 

You were the stars in the night 

I still remember everyday

When we were young and okay 

You were light were love 

You are the moon in the sky above 

I still remember all the things 

The laughs and tears 

and everything in between

I still hold on to you 

Even when you moved on with someone new

And I’ll never forget

When May came

For you walking away
