I've paid my dues and done my time,

And now I'm done, the world is mine,

Free at last to sip some rum,

To club, drink and have some fun,

Twenty one years of prudity,

Twenty one years of sobriety,

It wasn't so bad I do admit,

But now I no longer have limits,

No roof, no rules except my own,

And best of all I'm not alone,

With a few friends and new ones to make,

I'm spending my youth before it's too late.
