why be afraid of this world?
have to be afraid of doing harm to others!
in the mind in the heart of this universe
we are to love everyone,
no one can hurt us,
if we have light in our soul
no shadow can touch
because the shadows flee
in the presence of light,
tread upon the sorrows and smile,
we have to live with joy
this life only we have a gift!
Do not waste it with tears
joy fills our hearts forever
in the splendor of creation
whatever happens
be strong with the heart and the mind.
