Loves Sacrifices
This is a story of two hearts that could never be torn,
Lives lived happily as long as the two were never apart,
Love could never be so strong in any two souls,
It was love that could not be handled by just one heart.
These two hearts never lived so happily inside two bodies,
feeling nothing but love and devotion for each other,
Living daily just by knowing that they were loved,
They almost seemed like they were sister and brother.
Chad and Mandy were two young teenagers,
Feeling what most people their age abused,
Friends at the highest, trusting each other the most,
Giving their shoulder to each other when they were used.
They still had their relationships with other people,
But that love didn't amount to anything that they had,
Mandy was beautiful, and was cheated on the most,
No matter what happened to her, her love didn't change for Chad
Mandy was popular and always a happy soul,
Chad suffered a disease that made him unwanted,
Mandy was the only person that could see through it,
She loved him for who he was; it was his heart that she wanted,
Life was hard for Chad, always getting beat,
His parents hated him, for who he came to be,
They didn't want to except that he was their's,
It was too heartbreaking for their eyes to see.
One night he was walking down the street,
Thinking of Mandy like he always did,
He couldn't walk straight cause of his pain,
The pain that he did his best to keep hid.
A car with bright lights came aroun the corner,
It statled him, his mind collapsed and he fell down,
In the middle of the road he cried for help,
But his voice could not be heard in this deserted town.
Mandy tried for days to call Chad,
But his parents told her that he was not there,
She was worried about his health, was he sick?
Without him her heartwas without care,
So on a final attempt she called once more,
This time the voice was cracked and covered with tears,
She asked again if he was there,
The answer would be the worst of all her fears.
She went insain, this beauty drowning slowly,
Tears had stained her beautiful face that she had,
Her heart was smashed, with no pieces left,
She couldn't live on without Chad.
At the funeral people gathered around,
There were no tears of his departure,
Except from the eyes of his one true love,
The only love that he was able to capture,
She looked at the people with anger,
"What is wrong with you, can't you see he's dead",
She fell to her knees hearing nothing but laughter,
They didn't want him alive, they liked him better now instead.
Her veins came visible, as she cried,
No pain could have ever felt so bad,
The world was an enemy to her,
In fact there wasn"t a world without Chad,
She went to the casket to see his hated face,
It was so beautiful and innocent in her eyes,
No matter what the others thought of her,
Even though she didn't hear their cries,
She put her arms around him and rocked gently,
"It can't be true, you're not gone",
She said as her voice was fading away,
"You can't leave me here all alone".
She climbed into the casket with her only friend,
Holding his hand that had alwys been there,
She closed the lid, never to be seen again,
She was the only one, that truly did care.
The tombstone was beautiful and had a meaning,
It was in the shape of a loving heart,
The engraving captures the eyes of so many,
"True love is the best love and it can't be torn apart".
