Those words were said

And I went to sleep sound

Knowing that you

Would be around

Such a wonderful slumber

Was slept that night

And my dreaming

Was that of delight

Telling of my hopes

Showing how I felt

Playing the cards

That I had been dealt

The first is unremembered

But of you it was I'm sure

For I woke up slighty after

And my embrace the dog had to endure

Another of a time at church

Which I so hoped for you to come

And there you were right next to me

And saying it twas not dumb

Yet another but with my friends

Yes those I hold so dear

But you were scared I tell the truth

To show that I was near

But finally it came from you

That feeling I know so well

But then at last I dare to say

The dream world finally fell
