Deep breath of air fills my lungs

    Hold it in



                    Release

Rush of Adrenaline

Like a river through my veins

Heart pounding

    Up

         and

               Out of my chest

Look to my palms

Sweating from every pore

Strange footwork across the suede

Dry feet, dry hands, boost confidence

Stand still for a moment

Feet in position

Arms stretched high above my head

Take one more deep breath

Shut eyes

         Visualize

1…2…3

Swing your arms and

             Jump
