I didn’t know the words
but I sang anyways
it was one of those times,
I was so in love with you,
The way you held me,
I couldn’t help but cry
And you kissed me
The way you looked at me,
There was no one more beautiful,
than me, and I was crying
because you were so beautiful
my god it was beautiful.
And we danced together,
I remember the heater was,
Right above us,
And the ground was right below us
because that night in your basement,
In the dark,
I was too high to touch the floor.
I was stepping on your feet,
My bare feet on yours,
And I was crying,

But I didn’t care
I loved you so much
Dancing with you,
being held by you,
