Sitting on the floor
Music shaking underneath
Me,
I watch every move you make
Drink just one more sip
I watch it melt away
The room, the people,
The lights, the beer bottles,
You,
Nothing matters anymore
I can't walk, or think,
It all just melts away
Now the pain in my mind,
Has been overthrown by,
Fluid nothingness
My stomach wretches,
But it eventually all just melts away
Not until the morning after,
Does the pain return in,
Twofold,
Now it's clear, have to cope
It melted away for one bittersweet night,
But, eventually, it all comes back
