Confined by our own thoughts. Frightened of what does not exist. Like a spider spitting it's web, we spit our emotions out. While the spider creates its home, we create our world. Allowing such emotions to spew out negatively can cause the confinement of oneself to oneself.
Ones emotionall barriers should not be an obstacle of life, yet they are stronger than a steel cage. Keeping oneself trapped in a cage that he/she had created. Having the key at the palm of your hand, you are still trapped, unable to unlock your own cage. Being confined to yourself, may very well be the worst of tortures.
