We have had our troubles

What couple hasn't?

But we didn't have issues

We had a complete subscriptions

To the same issue

But they are somewhat behind us

They're not behind us,

Not yet and not completely

But even still, I know

That I do love you

That what I wish for the two of us

Is that we will grow from this

And we will become stronger

Not individually, but as a couple

Shedding our old skin and regrowing

New and stronger together
