I know that haste makes waste.

I've wasted so much time looking for perfection.

Stop playing the victim.
I've made mistakes and I don't regret them.
Atleast I know what real love is.
So I'm not saying never, just not now.
I'm still not ready and I'm not letting anyone rush me.
You say you like me when we haven't even met in person.
I think you must be desparate like I used to be.
I'm not about to settle for less.
True love shouldn't be out of convenience.
I'll be your friend cause' we have things in common.
But I'm not looking to latch on to anyone.
At the moment I'm better off alone.
