[to the deadlocked Congress---a call from constituents]

Preserve even the smallest glowing ember

of wrath, and raise it to a spiritual fire:

to make sure the election, that November,

will move according to the people's ire---

as they demand return of common sense

(not used much in this year's experience).

Let us also demand new courtesy

that will restore our nation's dignity,

and swiftly heal the wretched injury

that, now, cripples our nation's history.

And if they fail to meet what we desired,

we need to say, Election Day, "You're fired!"
