I am a timeless oceanic seeker
a barefoot wanderer, guardian
nomadic daughter of Neptune,
lover of balmy beach oasis,
palm groves, sand bar and sun,
placid pools and restless surf,
undulating tides of aquamarine zeal;
my briny treasures hidden in green ribbons of kelp
seahorses, crustaceans and mermaid tails
pearls, assorted shells, exquisite colorful marine,
fragile intricate, captivating, scintillatingly serene
where silky sand, sea and misty horizon
in tranquility, evanesce
