        I'm tired of being alone.  I wish I was home.

    I'm tired of being one.  I can't wait to be done.  

I've been a long time on the road.  I've pulled a heavy load.



       I'm coming home.



   I've done everything I have to do.  Yes, it's true,

   I'm through.  I'm no longer blue.  

    Can't wait to see you.        

    

   I'm coming home.      



    I hate this lifestyle.  

  It does'nt make me smile.

    There are times, when I regret

   mile after mile after mile.

    I lost this bet.



       I'm coming home.

                  

I hate this life.  

I hate being so far apart from you, my wife.

  It's so hard on a heart to be so far apart.

     I'm away from you, days on end.

     I can't be see, with my best friend.



        I'm coming home.

                    



   I'm back in my neighborhood.  

   The place feels so good.

   Never again will I roam.

   I'm going to stay home.
