A feeling
inside your mind.
No peace do you find.
` It gets inside your brain.
Drives you insane.
You cannot find any peace.
The feeling that never does cease.
You walk around the city.
All the girls are so pretty.
You see them with their dates.
You really hate.
They all seem so happy.
You see them with their guys.
Their husbands. They are the wives.
You see it in their eyes.
You just want to cry.
You're so blue. Wish that this could be through.
You just want to cry.

They are living their lives,
husbands and wives.
The feeling cuts you like a million knives.
You want it too.
You see all the couples holding hands.
You don't understand, don't see,
why does this happen to me?
It's not fair.
You don't care.
You wish you did have somebody,
a wife, a life to share.
