That I am without you.
Let there never be a moment,
That I no longer love you.
Let there never be one second,
That my mind is full of doubt -
And never let my worries,
Become what we're about.
Should ever I upset you -
Or my anger go astray,
Please just be gentle,
Please don't go away.
The Sun in my solar system,
The Apple of my eye -
I could not live without you,
I would never say goodbye.
I promise to be patient
When things don't go my way,
And I promise to keep my word
To always meet halfway.
Though you may feel lost,
As we each tend to do,
Just take my hand in yours,
I'll help to pull you through.
Just remember that there's a reason
That D is next to E
And it's simply to remind you that,
Beside you, I'll always be.
