Filled with
unshed tears
of unrequited loves.
Of broken hearts.
Seams stretch
to their limits.
Cloud Burst
Tears,
once meant
for happiness
now descend
with stinging force
upon those
who inflicted
the pain.
Tears
from a cloud
that should
have brought
sunshine,
now fall as
acid rain
from a cloud
rimmed with
tarnished
silver linings.
