what hugs so long ago you did once give
but still youre love is deep, thoroughly vain
when you left me there i felt the sharp pain
these sharp pains for me you once did live
but you decided to let me outlive
time and again i tried to abstain
but in my heart still you, your face remined
now after all that time my love has waned
through this sieve my love is like butane
it burns so bright, burning till you're gone
