If I could have one wish,

It would be for you and me,

To reunite in our love,

Because im living a phoney life,

Trying to be someone I'm not,

Trying not to show people I still love you.



It kills me inside,

When you walk past me,

Glance at me quickly,

As if you dont even know my name,

As if we never shared 4 months of love together.

We used to talk about senior prom,

The King and Queen,

I remember so clearly,

The night you came to me,

Crying because of your mom,

Because she wasn't there,

I remember you laying on my lap,

Crying quietly,

Whispering you loved me.

I remember finally telling you,

That you were the love of my life,

Telling eacother our sweet dreams,

Of a house, some kids, and a farm.

You told me you were my cowboy,

I said I'd be whatever you want me to be.

You just said that i was perfect, just the way i am.

I remember the night you told me you didnt love me anymore.

I was standing at the dark corner with you,

And you told me you lost all your feelings,

And that it had to be over,

I remember sitting all alone on that corner,

Scilently crying to myself,

As I watched you walk down the dark street.

I remember, the next day of school,

All your friends telling you I was a joke,

I remember when I lost something of yours,

That was going to be just ours,

But that has went away,

Like your love for me.

I remember seeing you for the first time,

With her, your new girl.

Holding her close, saying those precious words,

I remember the day, you told me you hated me,

It ripped me apart, all over again.

If only you knew, the pain you caused,

But its too late now,

You said our loves long gone :(
