Have you ever gotten butterflies?

From hearing the way they say your name
Or when they brushed your hand
Have you ever gotten butterflies?
When they walk by you
Have you ever had your chest tighten
And have your breath stop
Only because they smiled at you
Have you ever felt lost
When you have not sen them
If only for a day
When you have not been able to talk to them
Have you ever felt sad, when they are unhappy
Have you ever wished
You could do anything for them
Just to see them smileand have joy
Have you ever wanted to do anything you could
To be beside them for just one moment
