Lay your heavy hand down on me,

let me feel your angry fist,

love me with your heavy hand,

let me feel it's drunken kiss.



Lay it onto me,

drive away the pain,

strike out at me again,

make this reality and death, feel the same.  



I'll cry until I can't,

these tears falling down like rain,

bleeding this hearts blood for you,

even as you come to hurt me again.  



Caress me with your heavy hand,

please break me this time,

I'm tired of trying to hide,

as you steal away the love, I kept inside.  



Love me with that heavy hand,

bleed love from me some more,

I love how it feels,

lying down on this cold hard floor.  



Scream your apologies,

just like there had been no obscenities,

batter me in your love, caress me in your hate.  



Take away my safety with your lies,

take it all away, send me back,

let me fall to those better days.
