If you could only see the rain,
it surrounds me, hiding me in shame.
The days seem to drift slowly on,
Sunlight never comes now that your gone.

The seasons come and the seasons change,
yet my soul still stays deranged.
Strange from what it use to be,
holding on, hoping to keep you close to me.
My feelings seem to never show,
Why can't you just let me go?

If you would only notice the rain,
It haunts me, drenching my pain.
Words can't expess the way I feel,
but without you my heart is black as steel.

You'll be forever missed,
I promise you this.
I can't live in regret,
knowinig you I'll never get.

Your voice paints my dreams,
muffles my screams.
You're possibly the best I've ever had,
and for that I'll always be glad.
I need to move on before I go insane,
maybe someday you'll see the rain...
