Have you ever made a mistake while using Microsoft Programs? I made one simple mistake. I tried to change my password to try to stop Hackers getting to my computer, I should have left well alone for since then I can use my programs such as word and others that were not from Microsoft Now my programs are blocked by a program that asks me to re-enter Microsoft. This is no simple straight forward program, OH! No, this program was edited and made by a genius for confusing simple minded Citizens such as I class myself. Mind you if I had not bothered with some newspaper reports that Hackers were very much active, I would never come across the idea of changing my password in Microsoft programs. ( A personal remark from me I have six or seven different setup programs lying in my computer cupboard. All are in good condition there is only one snag none are backed any more by b Microsoft.) These I can throw away any time. I cannot see Microsoft taking them back even if I make a present of them to such an illustrious firm that blocks me using an expensive program that I as a pensioner can or better could hardly afford. The irony is that I have now downloaded Microsoft’s newest program “Windows 10. It did not cost me a penny. Mind you I cannot really use it as my old windows, 8.2 is blocking the new windows 10. I feel that I must congratulate these smart Alecs at Microsoft. They are giving away Windows ten free but have taken the precaution to block such poor idiots as myself that changed their passwords. I for one will and do recommend the opposition any of the opposition but my favourite is Linux Mint. This program is to be found on most search engines such as Google etcetera. All of the Linux Programs are free and have no end of built in programs for one to use; also free no need to buy extra soft ware and the updates are quite regular. I am sorry to unload this onto you all but I feel obliged to warn you about Micro-soft and this blocking of programs that you and youas myself have paid good money for only to have them blocked because I wanted to change my password. I hope that I have made this warning in time. And by the way I am not in the employ of Linux or any other of those free systems for most computers.

Only write if your questions are about Microsoft and its policy of blocking computers that are using MS programs that MS sees fit to block. I can also help a little with a few Linux Programs that you might find much better and cheaper (that is free) I am not after your money, I am disgruntled with Microsoft for blocking not only the programs that I have bough but also the new system that they are now giving away free. I have downloaded this program and cannot use it all the while my windows eight is blocked. bern
