Slowly it moved across the skies, it was huge soon it had blocked out the sun’s light a form of twighlight covered the Earth. All over the world panic broke out. Radios and televisions were hurriedly switched on. Governments made calls to the armed forces of the world. All fit men and women were told to report to the nearest armed forces barracks. Women and children were told to stay indoors there was no one to be out in the open.

Then all of the radios and televisions put out a broadcast. The huge shape above the world was an Alien race. All were told to keep calm and await further instructions. Many ignored the broadcasts and rushed down to the nearest shops and stores buying in all that they could afford. Poorer people raided the shops and stores and trolleys of food were being rushed to homes. The Police could do nothing. They were all on standby orders. The huge shape in the sky slowly stopped and from its surface small bundles all on small parachutes fell slowly to the ground. People were told again by the radio and televisions not to touch these parachutes. The temptation was too great. People rushed to get one of these small parachutes. The surprise was great as they found small presents attached to the parachutes. Small compasses, watches, cigarettes, even knives forks and spoons rained down to earth. Then the radios and televisions were taken over by the Aliens. Light music was heard then a soft voice. Peoples of the earth we have come in peace. We mean you no harm. Two of our best representatives will visit you tomorrow we have a proposition to make to you. Rest assured it is in your best interests that we have come here today. An official voice from the world’s government spoke. Peoples of the Earth stay calm we will meet these representatives of this alien race to find out what the propositions are that they want to make to us. Rest assured we will have your best interests at heart. Music played and the following morning all eyes were fixed on the huge thing that seemed to be floating high in the skies. A small round bubble appeared and floated down to earth. A company of well armed soldiers met and escorted two quite normal looking men to the Government Buildings. The next broadcast took us all by surprise. The aliens had come to Earth to warn us about a race calling themselves Narvacks. These Narvacks had invaded many earth like planets. These Aliens were going from planet to planet warning about the Narvacks. Our Government were given plans on how to build Space ships and new weapons so that we would be ready for any possible invasions from these war mongers. Four of our Government Politicians were invited to visit the huge Space ship. Then we were told that this huge ship had a crew of twenty on board. The size of the ship was for the food and store rooms. Even for twenty crewmen enough supplies for a journey that was practically never ending were necessary. Plans for space ships for defence purposes had also been given to our Government. The enormous space ship moved away from our skies and the twighlight state became a sunny day. Factories were set to produce weapons and space ships for our defence against an invasion from The Alien Narvacks. I as a scribbler felt obliged to write this report in case there is anyone on Earth that has not heard of the Narvacks and their plans to occupy every planet in the universe. Bern
