A lump gathered in the back of my throat...

"Your first pregnancy was 32 hours long before they did a
C-section. And then, your recovery hasn't been the best.
Then we're looking at another pregnancy within a year."
The OB-GYN must have seen my face turn white.
"I don't think anything is really wrong,
Not within reason."

WHAT IS SHE TALKING ABOUT!!!!
"Miss Bryant, LaToya, either you are farther along,
Than what you think, or your uterus is big,
And we need to find out why.
There maybe scar tissue from your first pregnancy,
Or there maybe a mass on the wall of your uterus."
OH MY DEAR GOD!
PLEASE, LET THE BABY LIVE,
DON'T LET THIS BE A BAD PREGNANCY OR MISCARRAIGE.
Then the Dr. grinned,
"I just want to be sure, you know.
We need to know what to prepare for."
My heart sank,
"Either you are an exception,
Or Miss Bryant, you'll be the mother of twins."
