You Say
You say you opened my soul when you opened this book and that each page was part of my life being told to you.
Only half my life of torture and pain is being shown.
And only half my life of happiness and joy is shown.
There is so much you see yet so much you are still blind to like everyone else who knows me.
YOu say you witnessed the battles I fought and heard what I usually mumble.
What you saw was just the surface and what you heard was just the beginning.
So much more needs to be learned about me.
Some things I don't know myself.
I trust so many yet some let me down and destroy me completely.
I see a new light in your eyes that will help me destroy this barrier yet I still fear to for that new light seems to fade every now and then.
You say there is much to learn and that is true.
There is much to learn and the day is coming really soon where all will be revealed.
