poems As I start my new life up here all alone,
Far away from anything I have ever known,
Things didnt work out the way I planned,
I had hoped you would be here holding my hand,
I never saw your eyes shed a tear,
As you packed your things and left me here,
I know you think I am not the one for you,
But my heart knows thats simply not true
You have been my life for the last two years,
The day you left I was holding back my tears,
Now that your gone,
I must some how carry on,
Dont be surprised if you cant stay away,
Because to the good Lord every day I pray,
For him to let your heart see,
How much you really love me.
