Nowhere to Hide

Bedeviled by these demons enthralled within my nightmarish mind,

Manipulating my thoughts by causing ideas and regrets to coincide.

I am pained inside, but to these speculations of lies I do abide,

Their snide remarks and ridiculing laughter, and I'm left with nowhere to hide.

Author's Notes/Comments: 

I do love to receive criticism as it helps to improve my poetry for works to come, but also accept responses of honest enjoyment by my poems if you did not see ideas and methods to work on, so all comments are respected and welcomed. Thank you for reading.
