Our hopes, dreams, loves and fears, its all gone today,

I can't remember the endless sunsets we watched,

The endless summer evenings come to a halt,

But not before I ask you to dance upon the golden shore.

We gazed at the stars up above not a care in the world,

I would stop time and keep this moment forever,

The way the sun caught your smile as we talked,

The moon reflecting in your deep blue eyes.



Everything we have been through together I stop and wonder,

Your lying next to me, not yet asleep, not really awake,

I hold you close to me, keep you warm and safe from harm,

Yet I feel as though my heart and soul belongs to you.

As I see you standing so gracefully infront of me,

I see everything about you, your loves and hates,

You tell me all you wishes and deepest hearts desires,

So why do I find it so hard to let you know how I feel.



We have known each other longer than the sands of time,

You cannot deny the fact that our souls are joined,

I wish I could just look into your eyes and hold your hand,

Express my true hearts desires, and my longing for you.

From the deepest ocean blue to the mountains highest top,

In the Light, Air, Earth even Fire around you,

You know me better than your true loves lost,

So I hope and pray you can see it in me, before its too late.
