She sits on the porch with the phone in hand and let's out a sob then calls him; his stomach drops when he answers he knows somethings not right
She sits on the porch in a old dress waiting for her love to get her one last time everything she needs in her bag they leave in his beat up cadilac music blaring as loud as it will go so she won't hear his sobs
This is the night she's been waiting for and the night he's been dreading saying good bye tonight will be the hardest it's ever been for them
They sit on the hood of his car music playing he grabs her hand and ask her to dance as they dance he crys softly into her hair and whispers "I love you"
The way home he held her hand and told her she was his first and only love and that they could get through this but she wouldn't listen
She sat on the porch with a gun on her lap crying softly thinking about the look on her loves face when they said good bye and slowly brought it to her head just when she was going to pull the trigger she heard a sob from the yard and a shot of a gun that wasn't the one in her hand
She sat on the yard by her dead love who was holding a letter that read: I can't live with out you love. Open you eye and put down that gun.
She sits on the porch sobbing and holing the gun in her hands looking out into the bodiless yard and down at her hands befor picking up her phone and calling her love to let him know she was okay. But he didn't answer
She sits in her room crying holding a picture of the man who saved her life but took his own because he couldn't live without her.
