Into the sea
You left without me
I just stood there
Dumbfounded
What just happened?
I ran after you
But the waves
Swept you away
I saw you struggling then
Drowning
In the undertow
You were bobbing
Up and down
I called for help
It was nowhere
That sea it swept you under
And it took you away from me
I didn't last long after that
An undertow swept me away
I was lost at sea
I was lost like you
