Clock

Love Poems

Call you on the phone, come back
Return the clock to that one night
Where your secrets ignited my heart
Where you tears broke my guard

Let’s return the clock to that one night

I was blind to overlook your beautiful presence
Your shell cracked and poured your essence
And I finally understood the angel from heaven
Showing me the path towards blessings

He came to me in a dream to show me the light
The pieces of the puzzle came together that night
I wish I could stop and return time
Because my dreams are full of your lovely eyes

Let’s return the clock to that one night

I wander without a home
Until I see or hear your soothing voice
Get off the bus don’t go
Get on a plane and come home, where you belong

Would you return the clock at least once?
