A better friend then I thought could be.
Someone who cares and helps me through,
Even if you’re hurting too.
The type of person who I’ll never let go,
As without you I could ever know.
The little things in friendship so great,
The kind of friendship worth the wait.
You mean more to me then you realise,
So loving a friend, so knowing and wise.
I couldn’t live without your advice,
Even if it’s not always that nice.
We’ve have been through so much it seems,
Helped each other with all our dreams.
And whenever anything went wrong,
For each other, we had to stay strong.
Geo, nothing would be right without you,
Without the little things you say and do.
I couldn’t get through all of what I did before,
If I couldn’t of gone straight to your door.
Remember the time when I cried in your doorway,
It seemed that I had to come to you on that one day,
I needed to see you, and you helped me,
Just like I knew you would, you see.
And remember the time when I went so bad,
And blamed myself for what I no longer had.
I couldn’t of got through that without you,
I needed you just as much then too.
So I just want to take this moment to say,
That you put that extra light in my day.
You are my rock, and so much more,
You are the friend I’ve been looking for.
