The truth's to hard for you to face,

there's feelings here you can't replace.

The times you stared straight through me,

As though i am impossible to see.

All the while the cuts so deep,

Are the reason you hold this flesh you reap.

And haven't you ever noticed this?

Not even by the way i shy from your kiss.

That i don't feel the same anymore,

That it wasn't worth it after all.

Conceided in your own web of lies,

When all the while this part of me dies.

I'm lifeless to the soul and bitter to touch,

Those emotions that have become too much.

Have left me broken, shattered with dreams,

That feel unworthy, unwanted it seems.

And now you've reached my callous mind,

You warp it so i'm helpless to find.

You wanted me all for your own,

But because of me, you're all alone.
