I had a FRIEND
To whom friendship I lend
she was Silly I was funny
we were on the same journey
day after day
we laughed and play
day after day
we planned our way.
that day was her b'day
I woke early to pray
I bought a doll on eBay
I had happy b'day to say
I waited for her in park
from noon till dark
ultimately I went to her house
I was shocked with a pause
the door was locked
windows were blocked
neighbors said
she is on hospital bed
I ran to hospital
with the doll and few petal
I knew the whole situation when
uncle signed morgue-form with pen..
i wanted to cry
but my eyes were dry
I smiled
to god i replied
thankyou for a friend
for moments we spend
the friendship made me glad
i promise i'll never be sad
