whoever i am again

condemned

i'll never mend

just tear the end



the world has left me now

return to sleep somehow

shadows break my fall



if i have to burn i will stand tall

if i have to lose i will recall

when we're all as one and one as all

i will hold my head

stand proud my shining one

blistered by the sun

if we fail we still have won



my body cracked and torn

this angel can only mourn

roses fail to scorn
