Realization that it is still 1802 and respect, wealth, and opportunity are not going to be the lot of his great grand children. We don't believe in education (takes our children from us). Frank did not think it to conclusion: defficiency exists everywhere: the same no reading, not enough success, non-believing is the rule across the irrational racial, cultural, religious, social-political barriered. We are all in the same boat-same fears, same desire to change torts fast personally.

Prayer did not work this time for Frank. No one has died, but he made them believers. He was not a terrorist trained to kill. He got fed up. Somebody he trusts told him it had been going on for 400 years. Something snapped.
