ENCOURAGEMENT

It’s an encouragement
Of all that I’ve ever really known
In all that I have reached out to
Of a world
That was only my own
With a cup of coffee in my hand
As I am looking out my window
To know that I can
Most absolutely come
To firmly take a stand
And to keep going
With so much more for me to know
In how I am still growing
Of the self-worth that I’ve never seen
Until right here and now
Of the beauty to the rebirth
Of which time would allow
In the encouragement
To keep fighting
For every moment
Of every single thing
Even when it feels like
The entire world
Has suddenly stopped
While I am standing on my own
On top of this hill
Just so I can soak up the thrill
Of knowing all that I’ve ever really known
In the wild oats that are still
So slowly being sewn
While finding the encouragement
Of pushing onward
As even though I am already grown
There is still so much out there
That I have yet to ever come to know
As the possibilities of something
So true and wonderful
Are so bountiful and endless
For I have yet to still come
To figure it all out
And take the time
In having the encouragement
To find my purpose
In being where I am today
I guess that there is still so much more
That is left that I have yet to say
As I am still growing
With the encouragement
To keep learning
With all that I am still knowing
Just to see my daydream world
So everlastingly growing
And to collide with the reality
In the slightest encouragement
Of learning to evolve
So happily just for me
Of all that is mine
As I will take this as a sign
Of the adjustments
To the encouragement
Of having to go
With so many changes
That would be made
As the best plans of something
In the works
Are just being laid
Right about now
For as much as time
Has come to allow
Just for me
With the encouragement
To open up the window
And to slowly see
With my open eyes
To the world before me
For all that I would know of
To all that I can truly be
As from my daydream world
To the real world
Of where I am now
In this encouragement
To the existence while holding up
All of my resistance
In the presence
Of being here now
To not let myself
Be pushed back down
As I’d know for sure
To my encouragement
To tell myself
That I won’t let anyone
Think that they can just come up
And mercilessly steal my crown
As I have the confidence in me
Of the encouragement
That I am beginning to see
That I’ve always had
As I am seeing it all unfold
Right in front of me
While looking out my window
Of the encouragement
To keep going
And to keep evolving
With my willingness
To firmly take a stand
All while I am having a nice cup
Of delicious coffee in my hand
