You can dare to make me
Feel so intimated
To not say a word
And to make me look
Like a good little bird
But still
All of my thoughts
Will not go unheard
As it’s time to speak up
For something and for everything
As you can dare to silence me
And for all that I can be
From all that I can realize
To not take on any more lies
Of your gaslighting
To which you’re highlighting
In this incredibly horrendous sighting
As I will continue
To keep on fighting
As you can do
All that you’d want
To have the guts
And to have the nerve
To dare to silence me
For all that I can be
Of speaking my mind
And of all that I can find
Would be around in me
To stay and to remind
All of those that have tried
And have dared to break me
