When I feel the most like me

When I feel my most comfortable.

When I feel the most like me.

When I have paper and pencil.

When my heart beats at its own speed.

When my mind tells my body to relax.

When I finally have time to listen to myself.

When everything around me blacks out.

When I feel at peace.

When I am always in my comfort zone.

When all the beauty in my mind gets put on paper.

When light goes into my darkened mind.

When imagination fills my body.

When my mind travels straight to my imagination.

When my words prove I am not my skin.

When the hairs on my back stand up.

When I feel satisfied.

When I feel like i have succeeded.

When all my mind gets to open up and have a party.

When what is wrote down on that page becomes my reality.

When the voice in my head tells me for once I am WRITE.

When reading is my home and writing is my room.
