He told her that he loved her,
but she would never believe.
He told her that no mater what,
he would never leave.
He begged her to agree and yet she never would give in.
She held on to the belief that she could never love and win.
He understood the fact that she could be afraid,
that love was a frightening thing that had to be delayed.
He knew that times would sometimes be rough,
but his love would be the same.
And all he asked for was a yes and that from there would be a gain.
He was there and he was devoted through everything that came.
Sunshine, snow-fall and ever through the rain.
He knew that when he met her, that she was the one.
He knew that after years, his love would grow a ton.
He wished for her to answer as time has passed a while.
Because he knew that just for her, he would walk far more than just one mile.
He would do anything for her, no matter what it be.
For him to swim across the ocean, or to the bottom of the sea.
Finally as time went on, she grew to love him so.
Because she knew that how much he loved her, she would never know.
They decided on a day to proclaim their love.
During his vows, he exclaimed someone sent her from above.
They said their I do's and were pronounced husband and wife.
And now they live a long and happy,
very loving life.
