Maybe just maybe I’ll find him
Find that one that I can share anything
That one that will love me for me
The one who won’t hide things
Who I can stay up all night and day talking to
Is there one for me?
My heart can’t bare anymore pain and sorrow
I’m so deep in love with this one
But he doesn’t see that
He’s so wrapped up
I’m tired of my time being wasted
Unappreciated, he don’t he realize
Won’t call won’t write
I don’t have any more to give
All of it has been drained
What if I wanted to break
No one would here or listen
What would you do?
Break me out carry me away
I’m done with this hell
Your poem gives off a inkling
Your poem gives off a inkling thatbyou are bereft of love altogether and have decided to cross the line into something that is not love. Is it romance that befuddles? Or love. I have my opinion...but alas, we each have an opinion. It is the deep dark hile that goes on and on forever... and ever....amen. ;-)

That is a great question that even has me wondering, but as of right now I just feel that the word "love" is not a priority anymore because it can be used in so many ways but it doesnt seem as most people truely feel it or mean the word "love" when they say it. What is your opinion? Thank you for the comment it really helps.

Well, overall I will agree,
Well, overall I will agree, but only because I include myself as part of the minions who do not truly know the volume it holds. To date, no one has ever been able to come up with a definition of it that we can all agree on. Thus it is, in all honesty, an 'enigma' unto itself within human beings' capacity to understand it, and why I see love and 'god' as one and the same.
Romance, on the other hand, is something only two people who love each other can create, no? Man created romance? I think so. Romance just a small mundane piece of the whole. Whereas love, (the sort of which I think you are speaking of), is something to that which a mother would sacrifice all pleasureable luxuries in order to provide for the "loved ones"...even to the point of death, if it meant the greater good of her family, and she felt there were no other choice, right?
So yes, I agree that few people know the gravity of love. They allow romance to destroy its true worth. The commercialism, the dollars, the sheer disrespect for hardship in the face of true love is massacred by our frivolous and selfish lusting for "romance". What do you think?
Please don't think I am being "cold" or that I am "unromantic", as I am neither. I am just a person who prefers love over romance, because I have been gifted with seeing there is a huge difference in a world where few value the difference. I really value the difference. There are also circumstances I have had to endure in many different love relationships that have called for this understanding. It could very well be an important part of my whole life purpose.... (maybe yours too ;-)

I aggree with you in a wierd
I aggree with you in a wierd but very enlightening way you are truely correct. No one really knows the true defintion of love but we all strive to give it and try to make peace for whatever we do. So when you put it that way it isn't love that i wanted it was romance that i'm giving up on, because none of us truely understand what it is exactly we want until we find that one thing we were striving for. For most it's just faith and family, you are not being "cold" or "unromantic" but just speaking the truth to where it isn't complicated to comprehend. That is a great lesson to learn during your life experiences and I'm glad that you shared your opinion because it does make a tremendous difference in the way people percieve things. Thank you.

I'm glad it came out in a way
I'm glad it came out in a way that you understood, and can hopefully see the joy in love. Be "in" love, and romance will be yours for the taking when YOU choose to have it....and not when others choose to use it on you as a blindfold. Practice living that, and the world will one day follow. This I believe. Take very special care of you, because you are...a most special kind of "darkness". ♡♥♡
