I have lived in Texas all my life, and I just feel that I owe a simple poem to the great lone star state.

Thunderbird is a song by Quiet Riot, on their hit album "Metal Health".  I love that song, so I re-wrote the lyrics. I included some of the old lyrics, as well.  This is a good song.

Just a simple little poem...

For a visitor of my site who requested me to write a poem about Cabowabo tequila. His life is run by Cabowabo and he calls himself, Drunk Guy. :P I don't usually write by request but I remember my first ever taste of liquor last January and that's tequila Jose Cuervo Gold. So there.

Challenged to try to write this form of poetry.  It's a very difficult style to write in...that's why I've only written one ;o)
