This is about the destruction of holding in feelings can bring.
It's also about honesty and how it's crucial to a relationship. ("Don't run or hide from your problems!")

A moment is just that, a moment. Nothing ever stays unchanged.

When you have been hurt by those you love so many times, you start to insulate yourself to protect yourself from heartbreak, but in doing so, your walls become a prison that lets no one in, nor you out. The pain will subside, you must stay in the game, that special person is out there that will make the search worthwhile and make you forget all the pain of getting there.

I wrote this poem in English class, I was bored and reading Romeo and Juliet, so yeah that explains the text its in. Baisicly it just means that when you lose love you think everything is gone, but really it isn't

What can I say about this poem that you don't aready feel in your heart. This is just something to remind people of the love that they could be missing.
