When I warned you about the change, I knew that things would never be the same and I feared the day to come, the place for you in my heart would not remain. You never understood me and now it’s too late and I’m no longer there. I wish you were still by me because the shattered glass just won't repair.
I was trying to describe that feeling when you wake up, but feel like you're still sleeping, and go through the whole day as it is a dream. It needs work. :)
i worte this about a girl i used to date and a conversation we had the other day about how i should give up on foolish dreams and be realistic and boring....now why would i do that?
