I wrote this poem about my Grandma who I haven't seen since I was 8 years old, which was 8 years ago. She had finally reached me online and I planned on meeting her, but she died of cancer before we received the chance. I did not have a good childhood with that side of my family and I just wanted to let her know that I forgave her, but I never had the chance to say it. This poem is my way of letting her know that I'm doing my best to remember her and that I forgive her.
