+ 27.225 MHz 096: Blue Shift

[inspired by a comment I received from the Poet, word_man]

Lord, the Bible's final metaphor that speaks of You

is in Revelation, the bright and morning star.

I believe the light of Your glory shifts to blue---

to assure us that you are near, and never, ever, far

away from Your chosen redeemed, though they be few.

And though the old snake in the grass strives to mar

their vulnerable souls, he can never wrest them from You.
